What Makes a Teacher Leader?
The Teacher Leader Impact Award celebrates those educators who take on all the “extra” to impact their broader school and district community. Those who have created a sphere of influence that goes well outside their classroom walls. Those who go above and beyond.
The impact of their efforts and initiatives doesn’t go unnoticed and we want to highlight the educators who are making a difference.
What do we mean by “impact”?
You tell us! We know that teacher leaders are driving change in many different ways, and we want to hear about it all.
For the second year in a row, school-level administrators are encouraged to nominate a transformational educator who is making a measurable impact on others and creating lasting positive change.

If you are a teacher who is reading this and immediately thinking about one of your colleagues deserving the recognition, send the link to an administrator at your school.
The award entry process is free and takes only 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
And if you’re wondering whether it’s worth the effort… winners will be publicly recognized and receive a special surprise from us in the mail.
The deadline for entries is May 31, 2022. Winners will be announced on June 14, 2022.
